Le Joaillier du Marais has over 90 years of history! The Salmon family was behind the creation of this small jewelry house in Paris's Marais district in 1927.
Over the years, four generations of the Salmon family have helped the business grow. In the past, the business was geared towards professionals, but today it focuses more on private customers.
Jewelry-making know-how has been enriched and passed down from generation to generation. People, quality, creativity, expertise and a passion for jewelry are the watchwords of this company with its authentic character.
MADE IN FRANCE
We support French craftsmanship and jewelry know-how. France is a country rich in culture, art and craftsmanship, but it's also the country where luxury goods shine the brightest. We feel fortunate to be part of this beautiful jewellery landscape.
That's why our creations are made in our Parisian workshops. You'll have the opportunity to see our jewelers at work in our Paris showroom.
Our ambition is to promote the work of our artisan jewelers, based on respect for traditional craftsmanship: the fait-main.
MADE TO MEASURE
At Le Joaillier du Marais, each piece is conceived, designed and crafted by our jewelers with your input, to guarantee you a unique and personal piece of jewelry. Our existing jewels can be customized according to your size, metal, stone or engraving of choice.
Do you have a clear idea of what you want? Do you know your loved one's tastes inside out? We're here to bring your desires to life, while analyzing the feasibility of the project in line with your budget.
If you'd like to create a totally bespoke piece of jewelry, don't hesitate to come to the boutique with photos, drawings, inspirations... on our side, we'll do our best to create the piece of your dreams.
JEWELRY RESTORATION
Damaged, broken or brittle, your jewelry accompanies you every day and suffers the wear and tear of life. Our company offers you a repair service so that they can continue to live by your side. We handle repairs on gold, silver and platinum.
For rings, we can, under certain conditions, cut, gild, rhodium-plate, polish or set them, depending on your repair needs. Depending on its age and origin, we can repair the damage.
For your necklaces and bracelets, we can weld bracelets and chains, repair brackets and rings, rethread pearls... You'll finally be able to wear your jewelry again!
Our repair service is also available for jewelry not made by us. We'll do our best to make your jewelry as good as new, but we can't offer you a warranty on these parts.
TRANSFORMATION
We also offer you our expertise in transforming your jewelry. Some of them are very valuable to you, but may seem impersonal. Would you like to modify them to make them your own again?
Just like a made-to-measure design, we offer you personalized assistance in transforming your jewelry, while advising you on the feasibility of the project.
Keeping the original jewel or a part of it, we rewrite its history and create a unique piece of jewelry that reflects you.
