1 - PRODUCTS

1.1 - CUSTOMIZATION AND PRODUCT FEATURES

All SALMON BIJOUX products are made only to order, according to the customer's specifications.

These characteristics are: the setting or model, the metal, the stone or stones, their weight in carats or dimensions, as well as the size of the finger and the engraving.

SALMON BIJOUX offers the following metals:

- 18-carat yellow gold 750 thousandths ‰

- 18-carat white gold 750 thousandths ‰

- 18-carat 750 thousandths pink gold ‰

- Silver 925 thousandths ‰

SALMON BIJOUX also offers metals on request:

- 9-carat yellow gold 375 thousandths ‰

- 9-carat white gold 375 thousandths ‰

- 9-carat pink gold 375 thousandths ‰

The customer will be informed of the type of metal upstream as well as its titration: 18 carats 750 thousandths ‰ or 9 carats 375 thousandths ‰.

SALMON BIJOUX offers the following stones: Diamond, Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, Aquamarine, Citrine, Tourmaline, Topaz, Peridot, Garnet, Onyx, Pearl, Morganite, Spinelle, Quartz, Lapis Lazuli, Iolite, Amethyst, Alexandrite, Tanzanite, Opal and other gems according to the customer's wishes.

The weight and/or dimensions and type of stone are specified on the customer's order form.

As we only manufacture on request, please note that some of the technical specifications of the products displayed on our website are approximate:

- The total weight of the stones displayed may vary from the actual weight, depending on the customer's finger size.

- The weight of gold can also vary according to finger size, which has an impact on price.

1.2 - NON-CONTRACTUAL PRODUCT IMAGES

The finished product may differ slightly from the visuals shown on the website, as these are three-dimensional visuals and professional photos. They are therefore considered non-contractual.

It should also be noted that the various computer tools used by the Customer to view the products may modify the color rendering and the dimensional preview of the photographs visible on the Website or sent by e-mail by SALMON BIJOUX. SALMON BIJOUX therefore declines all responsibility for any difference between a finished product and the visuals associated with it.

1.3 - DEADLINES

SALMON BIJOUX creations are generally manufactured within 3 to 5 weeks. We make it a point of honor to guarantee customer satisfaction, and are well aware of the importance of special deadlines.

If a customer requires faster delivery, the manufacturing process may be accelerated, if circumstances allow.

To explore this option, we cordially invite you to contact us. You can send us your request by telephone to 01.84.17.24.42, by e-mail to contact@salmonparis.com or in person at our store. A written agreement will be sent to the customer.

Please note that during the month of August, our workshops will be closed for a period of approximately 3 to 4 weeks.

Consequently, no manufacturing will take place during this period. Despite the closure of our workshops, our showrooms will remain open or partially open to welcome and serve our customers. You will still have the opportunity to explore our collections, discuss your preferences, obtain quotations or even place an order. Manufacturing of new orders will begin as soon as our workshops reopen at the end of August.

1.4 - LENDING JEWELRY

We also offer jewelry loans for certain models and under certain conditions. These jewels are dummy models for demonstration purposes. They are not available for sale and cannot be cut to size.

For the loan of a piece of jewelry, a deposit of between two hundred and fifty (250) and three hundred and fifty (350) euros is required, depending on the model.

The choice of model does not commit the Customer to a definitive jewel model, unless production has already begun. The model must be returned in its case within fifteen (15) days of receipt. The delivery date will be indicated when the model is collected and signed for by the customer.

Please note that any delay in the delivery of the model will result in an additional charge of thirty (30) euros per day of delay. This is essential, as most of our models have only one presentation model.

Punctuality is crucial to our ability to meet our customers' expectations during store appointments. SALMON BIJOUX reserves the right to retain the deposit of between two hundred and fifty (250) euros and three hundred and fifty (350) euros as compensation in the following cases:

- Loss of the model by the customer or its return in poor condition, i.e. not conforming to that delivered by SALMON BIJOUX (damaged, deformed, loss or breakage of stone).

- Withdrawal of order, if it turns out that the customer does not wish to start production following the loan. In this case, no production has been started in the workshop.

If You wish to change the model or withdraw despite the start of production, please refer to section 4 entitled "Right of return and withdrawal".

2 - PRICES AND PAYMENTS

2.1 - QUOTATION

During a visit to the showroom, if the Customer so wishes, an estimate will be made on the spot to calculate the cost of one or more items of jewelry. The estimate will be sent either by e-mail or directly on site in the form of a handwritten estimate. The quotation will be dated and will include all the details of the jewel(s). It is also possible to request a quotation by e-mail at the following address: contact@salmonparis.com.

The quotation is valid for fifteen (15) days from the date shown on the quotation. The prices stated on the quotation may vary according to changes in personalization parameters and the price of gold and stones.

Once the price of a product has been defined, it is firm and non-negotiable. Indeed, SALMON BIJOUX does not offer trade discounts, as we adopt a fair pricing policy applied from the outset, according to the parameters of customization, the price of gold and stones as set out above. We maintain moderate margins to ensure accessibility for our customers. Prices are given in euros, all taxes included.

SALMON BIJOUX's business is based on French craftsmanship, representing added value on the market, and the use of noble raw materials.

2.2 - PRICE CHANGES

SALMON BIJOUX reserves the right to modify the price of its products according to market fluctuations without informing the customer, either online or in the boutique. However, no price modification will be applied before the expiry date of the quotation, if applicable. It is important to note that the final price to be paid by the customer will always be the one indicated on the order form or invoice, whether purchased online or in-store. We are committed to guaranteeing price transparency for our customers in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.

Our products are made exclusively to order, according to your specifications (choice of frame, design, precious metal, gemstone, finger size, and possibly personalized engraving). This approach means that estimates drawn up during showroom appointments or remotely, particularly for creations that have never been made before, can be approximate, with a price range that can vary from €50 to €100. This is because the weight of the raw materials (metal or stone) required to draw up a quote cannot be determined in advance, as these are made to order.

2.3 - IN-STORE DEPOSITS

When an order is validated in our showroom or by email, a deposit of approximately thirty percent (30%) of the total amount is required to start production. This amount may be rounded off to facilitate payment of the balance. The remainder must be paid on the day the order is collected. The deposit is an advance payment made by the customer in anticipation of payment of the final invoice. Should the Customer decide to withdraw from the transaction, it is important to note that SALMON BIJOUX reserves the right to retain the amount of the deposit paid (cf. 4). This clause is part of the terms and conditions governing the relationship between the Customer and SALMON BIJOUX.

2.4 - PAYMENT METHODS

We offer different payment methods when you place an order:

(I ) Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Carte Bleue, American Express): the amount is debited within 7 (seven) days.

(II ) If you wish to pay in instalments, either two or three (2 or 3) times free of charge by credit card, the total amount to be paid will be divided automatically into two or three monthly instalments via the in-store or online banking terminal:

- The first instalment, corresponding to the first third, will be taken on the day the order is settled.

- The second, corresponding to the second third, will be debited one month after the order.

- The third, corresponding to the third third, will be debited two months after the order.

In the store, when you make your first transaction, you will be given a credit card slip indicating the future debit dates and amounts. Direct debits in instalments are automatic and do not require any action on either side.

The Customer will be asked to sign the sales slip summarizing the direct debits. SALMON BIJOUX cannot be held responsible if the Customer's bank refuses to accept payment in instalments. Payment in instalments is not possible with all bank cards.

(III ) Cash settlements must comply with the rules laid down by the laws and regulations in force, in particular with regard to the payment ceiling, which has been set at a maximum of one thousand (1,000) euros in cash since September 1, 2015.

(IV) In the case of payment by bank transfer, the customer will be asked to provide proof of transfer by e-mail to contact@salmonparis.com, whether for the start of production, i.e. the deposit, or before the order is collected or dispatched. This must be done before the order is collected, otherwise it cannot be dispatched. Only instant transfers with proof of payment issued by the bank will be accepted on the day the order is picked up.

The payment methods cash (III) and bank transfer (IV ) are not offered on Our website www.salmonparis.com but only in store.

SALMON BIJOUX does not accept postal orders or bank cheques.

2.5 POTENTIAL ERRORS

Information on the Site, particularly prices, may be inaccurate due to system or typographical errors. Although we make every effort to prevent such incidents, they may occur. We cannot guarantee the acceptance of orders based on incorrect information or prices.

In the event that the price displayed is lower than the actual price of the product, we will contact you by e-mail to offer you the choice between cancelling the order or providing instructions for payment of the price difference. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and invite you to contact us with any questions you may have.

2.6 - TRANSFER OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP

Until the price has been paid in full by the Customer, ownership of the Products remains the exclusive property of SALMON BIJOUX. Consequently, the Company retains the right to repossess the Products in the event of non-payment. In such circumstances, partial payments already made will be retained by the Company by way of compensation and indemnification.

3 - DELIVERY

3.1 - DELIVERY TIMES

We manufacture the vast majority of our jewelry on request, and our delivery times are 3 to 5 weeks for orders in Metropolitan France or for collection from our boutique. In certain situations, manufacturing, processing, shipping and/or delivery times may be longer, in which case the customer will be informed.

On request only, SALMON BIJOUX is able to offer a shorter delivery time to satisfy its customers in the case of imperatives and personal events. The customer must make a request to SALMON BIJOUX via the following e-mail address: contact@salmonparis.com.

3.2 - SHIPPING

SALMON BIJOUX works with various carriers, including La Poste, Chronopost, Fedex and Ferrari Expéditions France, to ship orders placed on our website or in our boutique.

- For orders over two hundred (200) euros, we use compulsory insurance. This means that these shipments are systematically sent by declared value, a secure routing solution designed for shipments with a maximum value of five thousand (5000) euros. These parcels are carefully tracked, insured for the value of their contents, and delivered only against signature. However, SALMON BIJOUX reserves the right to choose another carrier if necessary.

- For orders under two hundred (200) euros, SALMON BIJOUX reserves the right to opt for standard colissimo delivery. If the Customer so requests, it will be possible to send a declared value shipment. However, the cost of this service will be borne by the customer.

We make every effort to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers when shipping their orders, by adapting our transport choices according to the value of the order.

3.3 DELIVERY ADDRESS

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address indicated by the Customer on the order form. If the customer wishes delivery to be made to another address, he/she must inform us in advance by e-mail to contact@salmonparis.com.

In the case of a computerized quotation, a summary of the order will also be available in the dedicated customer area: https: //client.salmonparis.com/

Therefore, the customer is strongly advised to carefully check the accuracy of the information provided to SALMON BIJOUX to avoid any problems related to delivery.

3.4 - SHIPPING COSTS

- Controls

When an order is dispatched, shipping costs are free for all shipments within mainland France. Shipping charges apply to DOM-TOM (Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélemy, Martinique, French Guyana, Reunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon) and foreign countries. Prices vary according to destination country. For a quotation, please contact us by e-mail at contact@salmonparis.com.

- After-sales service

For the purchase of a jewel from us, after-sales services will be offered to the customer except in special cases (see conditions cf.7). Nevertheless, the cost of return transport will be charged to the customer. For this reason, it is preferable to agree on a secure and insured method of delivery, with the appropriate guarantees in the event of damage.

SALMON BIJOUX declines all responsibility in the event of delay, loss or damage during transport (cf.3.4).

3.5 - ORDER COLLECTION

Orders can be picked up in our Paris showroom at 30 rue Réaumur, Paris 75003 and in our Bordeaux showroom at 12 place Gambetta, Bordeaux 33000. When Your order is ready, You will be informed by telephone or e-mail. You can then come and collect it in person by appointment in one of Our showrooms.

The order will only be delivered once the balance of the order has been paid (see 2.6). If You are unable to collect Your order in person and would like a third party to pick it up, this is only possible if You have sent proof of identity and proof of payment by e-mail to the following address prior to collection: contact@salmonparis.com.

3.6 - DELIVERY DELAYS OR FAILURES

Any delay in shipment of which We are aware will be communicated to You as soon as possible. In order to answer any questions you may have about Your order, Our customer service department is at your disposal by telephone at 01.84.17.24.42 or by email at the following address: contact@salmonparis.com.

SALMON BIJOUX declines all responsibility in the event of delay, loss or damage during transport concerning the shipment made by the postal services and/or carriers. If You dispute receipt of the product You have ordered even though the carrier indicates that it has been delivered, or if You have refused receipt of a package that has been damaged or opened improperly by the carrier, You must provide us with the following information:

- A sworn statement, signed by you, attesting to the absence of delivery or receipt of a damaged or spoiled product.

- A copy of proof of address less than three months old.

- A copy of proof of identity.

- Any evidence in the form of photographs and/or videos These documents are necessary to enable SALMON BIJOUX to cover the costs associated with a new shipment of the product concerned.

3.5 - OWNERSHIP & RISKS

The transfer of ownership and risks associated with the jewelry takes place at the time of collection or delivery of the products paid for in full (in accordance with the agreed terms cf.2.6). However, in the following situations:

- Home delivery

(I ) If Your parcel is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address or your absence at the time of receipt, followed by a claim within the allotted time,

(II) If You do not respond to Our telephone calls, voice mails and e-mails informing You of the situation (including incorrect contact information provided by You), and We are unable to contact You for a period of 4 months from the date of shipment of the package.

- Showroom pickup

(III) If Your order has not been withdrawn within 6 months, except in the case of an explicit written agreement by email between the Customer and the Company.

SALMON BIJOUX then acquires full ownership of the products. In addition, SALMON BIJOUX retains all payments relating to the manufacture of the jewelry ordered, and You agree to waive any recourse to recover sums paid or unclaimed products.

4 - RIGHT OF RETURN & RETRACTION

4.1 - RETURNS

In accordance with article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification or incur any penalties.

However, it is important to note that the majority of Our items are made-to-measure and on-demand only, according to Your specifications/customization parameters (choice of frame, design, precious metal, gemstone, finger size, and possibly personalized engraving). Consequently, our articles (except our stock products) fall within the scope of exception n°3 of article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, which stipulates that the right of withdrawal does not apply to these articles, as you explicitly acknowledge.

However, We kindly offer You return possibilities in the following two cases:

- Store purchases: You have the right to return goods within fifteen (15) days of receipt, subject to certain conditions (see 4.2). One of these essential conditions is that the returned products must be listed in our online product catalog. SALMON BIJOUX reserves the right to retain at least the deposit (i.e. approximately 30%) of the order amount as compensation. Please note that this rule also applies to orders in progress.

- Online purchases: Despite exception n°3 of article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, we offer you a right of return within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt for products purchased online, under certain conditions (cf.4.2), if they do not give you complete satisfaction.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by using this withdrawal formin accordance with articles L. 221-1, L. 221-5 and L. 221-13 of the French Consumer Code. This form should be returned to us in your completed and signed return package. We also recommend that you send it to us by email at contact@salmonparis.com

4.2 - RETURN CONDITIONS

The right of return for exchange or refund is subject to specific conditions that must be met:

- The jewel must be listed in our online catalog. Custom-made products, i.e. products that have been modified at the customer's request in terms of design or other customizations such as the addition or removal of stones, a change in shape (round, square, rectangle...), type of stone (e.g. tanzanite, peridot...), or type of setting (closed, semi-closed, claw, filet grain, rail...), which differ from what is displayed in our online catalog, will not be refunded or exchanged.

- The jewel must be intact as received by the Customer, it must be in perfect condition, without any traces or micro-scratches, it must not have been worn. Our jewelers will check that the setting, the stone(s), or any other component of the product, conform to that which was delivered to You, without damage, modification or intervention of any kind. If the jewel is damaged, it will not be taken back.

- The jewel must not have been previously cut;

- The jewel must not have been previously exchanged;

- The jewelry must be returned within fifteen (15) days of receipt, using insured mail with a postmark as proof that the deadline has been met.

If all the above conditions are met, the Customer may then proceed with an exchange or refund within fifteen (15) days of receipt, accompanied by the original case with the certificate(s) for the stones benefiting from them, as well as the packaging.

Once the product has been received, we check that it is in perfect condition and meets the return conditions, then acknowledge receipt of the product for exchange or refund. If these conditions are met, your jewel can be returned, even if it has been engraved by SALMON BIJOUX.

4.3 - RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

In the case of a return for exchange or refund, the cost of return shipping and insurance in metropolitan France is at Our expense for online purchases only. To obtain a refund of the return shipping costs, you must contact customer service directly by e-mail at contact@salmonparis.com, attaching the completed retraction form to your e-mail. It is imperative that you provide us with all documents relating to the order (invoice, certificate, case, etc.).

Outside metropolitan France (DOM-TOM, Europe and other foreign countries), return shipping and insurance costs are at the customer's expense. Your parcel must be returned using a transport service with insurance against acknowledgement of receipt.

Please note that shipping costs for after-sales services are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances. It is the customer's responsibility to take out insurance for the value of the jewel at the time of shipment. SALMON BIJOUX declines all responsibility in the event of loss or damaged parcel.

4.4 - REPAYMENT TERMS

Once we have received your jewel, we will check that it complies with the return conditions set out above (cf. 5.2).

If all the conditions are met, We can proceed with a refund, which will be made no later than twenty (20) days following receipt. The refund will be made by bank transfer.

5 - WARRANTIES FOR DEFECTS

SALMON BIJOUX respects the legislation in force concerning the defects of conformity of the product with the Contract and the redhibitory defects under the conditions envisaged in articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil code:

Article L 217-4 of the French Consumer Code: "The seller delivers goods in conformity with the contract and is responsible for any defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery. He is also liable for defects in conformity resulting from packaging, assembly instructions or installation when the latter has been made his responsibility by the contract or has been carried out under his responsibility."

Article L. 217-5 of the French Consumer Code: "To conform to the contract, the goods must :

(I) Be fit for the use ordinarily expected of similar goods and, where applicable :

- Correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;

- Have the qualities that a purchaser may legitimately expect, having regard to the public statements made by the seller, the producer or his representative, particularly in advertising or labelling;

(II ) Or have the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties or be fit for any special purpose sought by the buyer, brought to the seller's attention and accepted by the latter."

Article L. 217-12 of the French Consumer Code : "Action resulting from a lack of conformity is barred two years after delivery of the goods.

Article 1641 of the French Civil Code: "The seller is liable for any hidden defects in the item sold which render it unsuitable for its intended use, or which impair that use to such an extent that the buyer would not have purchased it, or would only have paid a lower price for it, if he had known of them.

Article 1648 paragraph 1 of the French Civil Code: "The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years of the discovery of the defect.

In addition, SALMON BIJOUX extends this warranty to jewelry sold by the Company to three (3) years provided the product is used under normal conditions. Thus, the setting of stones is guaranteed for three (3) years in the event of loss or unusual deterioration, i.e. without shock, external stress or mishandling.

This warranty does not cover any product that has been damaged, altered, worn or deformed as a result of external forces, shocks or mishandling. The warranty is excluded in the event of misuse or abnormal use of the product, or if the product does not comply with the legislation of the country to which it is delivered.

6 - AFTER-SALES SERVICE

SALMON BIJOUX offers free lifetime after-sales service on its creations under certain conditions.

This includes:

- Jewel care, including stone cleaning, polishing and rhodium plating for white gold (see 7.1),

- Engraving (see 7.2),

- Adjustment of rings, necklaces and bracelets (see 7.3).

However, in order to guarantee both the technical and aesthetic respect of your jewel, please note that some of the services we offer may be subject to specific conditions, may not be recommended, or may not even be feasible.

These conditions are clearly set out online in the "After-sales service" section of our product pages, and can be discussed in detail at a showroom appointment.

Some models are limited or cannot be adjusted or polished due to their particular design, finish(s) or motif(s). To benefit from after-sales service, the customer must present the invoice for the jewel(s) at the boutique.

However, jewelry made from stones not supplied by the Company, such as transformations of jewelry or creations partially or entirely made from the customer's own stone(s) or metal, will not benefit from an after-sales service offered for life in its entirety. Thus, the Customer will be offered:

- A single resizing, if feasible (see 7.3).
- First maintenance of the jewel, i.e. polishing, rhodium plating for white gold jewels.
- Engraving inside the rings will be offered, if feasible.

Please note that the stone warranty(s) do not apply in this exception.

Nevertheless, crimping verification can be offered for life.

In the event of non-compliance with the terms of purchase or payment, SALMON BIJOUX reserves the right to cancel the "lifetime warranty" on the customer's product(s).

6.1 - MAINTENANCE

SALMON BIJOUX's maintenance service includes cleaning the stones, polishing (i.e. removing scratches and micro-impacts), rhodium plating for white gold and checking the setting when the jewel is set with stone(s).

- Once every three years, you can entrust us with your jewel to restore its shine (polishing, rhodium plating for white gold jewels) and to carry out an overhaul (checking the setting). The usual waiting time is five (5) to ten (10) working days, depending on the model.

- Every one or two years, we recommend that you bring your jewelry to us if it is set with stones, so that we can check the setting.

Free maintenance is exclusively valid for SALMON BIJOUX creations. We also offer these services for jewelry from other manufacturers, but this is subject to prior quotation.

It is also important to note that jewelry made partially or entirely from stone(s) and/or metal not supplied by the Company will benefit from only one free maintenance. Thereafter, maintenance costs, if any, will be charged to the Customer.

6.2 - ENGRAVING

SALMON BIJOUX offers engraving exclusively inside rings of its own manufacture whenever possible. However, it is important to note that some ring models do not allow engraving due to their width or particular shape. In such cases, the customer will be informed in advance.

Two types of engraving are offered for the inside of Vos bagues: "anglaise", which corresponds to italic lettering, and "bâton", which corresponds to straight lettering, as well as a few symbols. The number of characters is limited according to the model and the person's finger size. Depending on the model, a typography may be imposed to make the engraving easier to read.

In addition, if the customer wishes other symbols or a different alphabet, engraving charges will apply. A quotation will be provided in advance to specify the cost of this personalization.

Please note that we also offer this service for jewelry from other manufacturers, by quotation only, depending on the specifics of the engraving required.

6.3 - SIZING

Whether for a surprise, a distance purchase or as time goes by, it is possible that the size initially chosen for your ring no longer fits. SALMON BIJOUX exclusively offers, when feasible, up to three size adjustments over time, with a maximum limit of three difference numbers.

It's crucial to understand that finger size is not a static data, as it can vary according to different factors. (Temperatures, morphologies...) Consequently, the size we recommend is the one that best suits you at the time of your visit to our showroom for an in-store purchase.

- Special features:

Some models are limited and subject to certain conditions:

(I) Sizing on carbon, titanium and tantalum bushings and full-turn models is not possible.

(II) Sizing on diamond-effect, lapidated, chased, textured rings and two-tone models is subject to constraints. Generally, we can perform a one (1) number adjustment, either to enlarge or shrink the ring. It is essential to note that this operation can potentially alter the model.

(III) Sizing exceeding three (3) numbers, whether for enlargement or shrinkage, is not always possible. SALMON BIJOUX therefore reserves the right to advise against or refuse this operation if it is technically difficult or risks altering the jewel. In the event of refusal, the possibility of remaking a new setting will be considered, and the costs of this remaking will be borne by the Customer. An estimate will be provided based on the specific features of the new frame requested.

(IV) In the event of shrinkage of a ring, no piece of metal will be returned to the customer.

It is important to bear in mind that frequent use of this service can potentially weaken your jewel, especially for jewels set with stones. We therefore encourage you to limit these adjustments as much as possible to avoid premature wear and tear.

- Deposit procedure :

Whenever possible, we recommend that customers visit our showroom to determine their finger size and discuss any possible need for adjustment with our advisors. Our specialists will carefully examine the jewel in question and assess the potential risks involved in sizing.

If a customer is unable to visit us in person, we advise them to send an e-mail to the following address: contact@salmonparis.com, providing the name associated with the order, the name of the model, the characteristic details of the jewel, accompanied by a photo, as well as the history of operations carried out on the ring, in order to determine feasibility. Postal and insurance costs will be charged to the Customer.

It is important to emphasize that the customer is fully informed of the possible risks associated with ring setting. SALMON BIJOUX declines all responsibility in the event of stones falling out if the ring is not cut in accordance with the specific recommendations and specifications.

- Other adjustment possibilities :

SALMON BIJOUX will only cover the cost of standard sizing. For other, less common, sizing techniques, costs will be charged to the customer. The costs are as follows:

-Installation of beads: from 40 euros to 100 euros.

-Bridge installation: from 80 euros to 120 euros.

-Spring ring installation: from 130 euros to 180 euros.

- The Stone Guarantee :

Cutting can weaken the jewel and, in some cases, lead to the loss of a stone. SALMON BIJOUX therefore guarantees to replace a stone within three (3) years, if a stone has fallen out of a piece of jewelry and no external stress, shock or mishandling is visible. After this period, SALMON BIJOUX declines all responsibility.

However, it will be possible for You to take advantage of Our repair service with an estimate drawn up in advance by Our workshop.

7 - LIABILITY

SALMON BIJOUX will not be held responsible for any product sent that is defective or does not comply with the criteria agreed with the Customer. SALMON BIJOUX shall not be held liable in Your respect:

- Damage caused by Your own action (external stress, shock or faulty handling),
- Delay, theft or loss of packages during delivery by a third party, for reasons beyond Our control, beyond Our control and unforeseeable or for which We cannot be held responsible.
- Any case of force majeure as defined by the jurisprudence of the French courts
- Any other event that neither SALMON BIJOUX nor its suppliers could have foreseen or prevented even if the Company or its suppliers had taken all reasonable precautions.

7.1 - SITE UNAVAILABILITY

SALMON BIJOUX declines all responsibility for the temporary or permanent unavailability of the Site. The Site may be interrupted at any time. Furthermore, SALMON BIJOUX reserves the right, at its own discretion, to make the Website unavailable in order to carry out any updating, improvement or maintenance operation.

7.2 - INTEGRITY OF THE WEBSITE

We remind you that it is strictly forbidden to damage the integrity of the website. As a customer, you agree to comply with the following conditions:
