Our maintenance tips

Your jewels are precious and delicate objects that live with you for the rest of your life, so they need special care! Although they are designed to last over time and carefully crafted, this does not mean that they are unbreakable. As soon as you wear your jewelry, it's perfectly normal for it to show the marks of time, whatever the metal, the stones or the price.

Here are a few tips to help you keep them close to their original condition for as long as possible!

Everyday good habits

  • Although your jewelry is resistant, we still recommend that you remove it before certain manual or sporting activities, or in certain places where it could be damaged. These include the swimming pool, the sea, the gym, gardening, housework or DIY... This will prevent them from getting knocked, rubbed, scratched or simply lost.
  • It's important not to exert any pressure on your jewelry, especially your ring, i.e. avoid carrying heavy loads that could deform the band.
  • Be careful not to expose your jewelry to intense heat or sudden temperature changes. Some gems, such as emeralds, pearls and opals, are more sensitive to thermal shock than others.
  • It's best to avoid friction by wearing several rings on the same finger. In the case of wedding rings, remember to choose a model that matches the shape of the engagement ring.
  • Avoid contact with chemicals that can damage pearls and other precious stones, especially gemstones, emeralds and pearls.
  • Be sure to remove your jewelry as much as possible when applying perfume or cream, as this will slightly alter the shine of your jewelry, especially stones.
