To present our creations and define your future projects, we welcome you to our showroom-atelier in Paris and our showroom in Bordeaux.
Here, you'll discover two modern and welcoming places, where you can meet one of us who will be happy to help you meet your expectations. During a visit to Paris, you'll be able to get a behind-the-scenes look at our Parisian workshop, where our jewelers make the jewels themselves.
It's a proximity between craftsmen and customers that we particularly appreciate, because your trust is our greatest reward.
A friendly, dynamic team with a passion for jewelry will be on hand to share their knowledge and experience with you, and advise you in the best possible way.
During your visit, you'll have the opportunity to discover thousands of models in a wide range of styles and shapes, giving you the chance to find your ideal piece of jewelry.
CUSTOMIZABLE CREATIONS
Made to measure
All our creations can be customized according to your wishes! Choose the model, the color of the metal, the stone(s), at your size with personalized engraving.
To take things a step further, La Maison Salmon offers you the possibility of creating 100% custom jewelry. Based on our models, a desire or a drawing, an idea or a sketch, we work together to create the jewel of your dreams, while providing you with advice and expertise. We always strive to adapt your desires to your budget.
Once you've made your choice, we model your jewel using 3D software, which enables us to materialize the ring in wax using a three-dimensional printer.
Once the jewels have been modeled in 3D, they are sent to our foundry, with whom we work in complete confidence. Through a technical process known as "lost-wax casting", the jewel is returned to us in raw metal, which we call a cast.
These then arrive at our workshop for the rattrapage stage, where our jewelry craftsmen work the metal. They then pass through the hands of our setter and return to the workshop for the final finishing touches.
We monitor every stage of the manufacturing process to guarantee you a perfect piece of high-quality jewelry.
CREATION DEADLINES
3 to 4 weeks
All our creations are made to order. We have no stock. Our jewelry is created according to your choice of personalization, frame design, metal and stones. For safety and accessibility reasons, our jewelry in the boutique is a display model made of silver, steel and zirconium oxide, which in no way alters the aesthetic appearance of the jewelry.
Production time can vary from 3 to 4 weeks. If you have a date requirement, please let us know - we'll do our best to meet it!
If we can't meet your deadline, we can offer you a "Jewel Loan" service! This will enable you to quickly get a piece of jewelry for the occasion, or to be sure that the model, color or stone matches the piece of your dreams.
AFTER-SALES SERVICES

We know that your jewelry lives with you and requires special care and maintenance.
That's why Maison Salmon offers a complete after-sales service, free for life!
We offer ring sizing, with a margin of flexibility of plus or minus 3 sizes. What's more, our services include meticulous care of your jewelry, including cleaning, polishing and rhodium plating to preserve its brilliance. Our experts also ensure that each piece is meticulously checked for proper setting, guaranteeing its safety and splendor. Finally, we offer the possibility of adding a personal touch to your rings with exquisite engravings on the inside.
However, it's important to note that certain services may not be recommended or feasible, or only under certain conditions, due to the technical and aesthetic aspects specific to each piece of jewelry. In such cases, you will be informed.

For this reason, we attach great importance to our appointments, in order to provide you with personalized advice and to fine-tune our creations impeccably, in harmony with your ideas and taking into account the budget you envisage for your project.
We have chosen not to offer commercial discounts, because from the outset we apply a fair price. This rate is based on current metal and gem prices. Our priority is to offer you an individualized service, thanks to our experienced jewelers, at a price that perfectly reflects the quality of our work.
What's more, as an extension of our commitment to you, we offer a comprehensive after-sales service free of charge throughout the life of your jewel.
