I went to Les Joailliers du Marais for our 40th wedding anniversary. I chose them for several reasons: the craftsmanship and the longevity of the company.victoria answered all my questions and guided me in our choice of a solitaire ring,the choice of diamond as well as the material of the ring the result is magnificent since then i've had various rings made to measure as well as a remake of a previous job done by a jeweller which was a disaster and the result was magnificent so on this momentum i've had a stone put as well as a rodiage on a ring of my daughter-in-law always impeccable now i've asked to transform my wife's engagement ring into a pendant,she had lost the diamond it's a solitaire so they put back a diamond and put another one in its center victoria again answered and guided me on this creation i'm impatiently waiting for the result i advise you the joailliers du marais because i had to deal with other professionals who disappointed me go there and don't hesitate to ask questions they will answer you because they are real professionals and the price is interesting

Great workshop/venue. Something for everyone, really. I liked the contact with the salesman (son of the owner, I think). He went out of his way to make a ring as quickly as possible and within my budget. Frankly, you have to stop by and dare to enter a magnificent, if somewhat intimidating, place. I came to Le Joailliers du Marais for an engagement ring. I came to the appointment already with a style in mind and a budget thanks to what I'd seen on their website, which is very well done. That didn't stop Mr. Salmon Guillaume from taking the time to explain the whole process of choosing a ring. I stayed with the same model, the Rosa ring, designed by his father. I may have overestimated the budget, but Guillaume respected it perfectly. Even though I stayed with the same model, I learned a lot about jewelry, a sector I knew little about, and I have very fond memories of it. Once I'd made my request, the team took care of the restyling. The ring is magnificent, and a big thank you to the entire Le Joallier du Marais team.

Everything was done fairly quickly, even though our request was in July and the workshops were closing in August. It's a family business and they're really passionate about what they do. There are too many brands and ateliers for jewellery in Paris to choose from, price can be much different also. I don't like big brands for wedding rings as I find them too expensive for the same work. First appointment with Joaillier du Marais, we didn't expect to order the rings straight away but we did! The staff was so helpful and friendly, we took a long time to decide and try on sizes, gold colour... and she was patient. Another girl served us when we came back to pick up the rings and I wanted to resize as I thought it was too small but she convinced me that it was good. Now 2 months later, we are in love with our rings, no need to resize or anything, they are perfect. Thank you !

If you're a young couple, I don't have enough words to recommend this jewelry store. You will be treated with respect and kindness, and I know I will always remember this moment with great affection. My partner and I were looking for an engagement ring, and after several attempts in what seemed like every jewelry store in Paris, we decided to come to Le joaillier du Marais. It was late (shortly before closing time) and to top it all off, having just got off work, I looked more like a young, penniless student (sneakers and laptop backpack) than a customer not to be passed up. However, the welcome was very warm, and we were quickly taken care of (despite the fact that we didn't know it was preferable to make an appointment). The person who took care of us listened attentively to our preferences and intentions. She was also tactful enough to ask me, if I wished, to write down a price range on a piece of paper, so as not to influence my partner's choice for something as personal as an engagement ring (in fact, she was the only jeweller to offer it to me). She answered all our questions with kindness and seriousness. She was able to pinpoint exactly the models that would appeal to us. We ended up with a ring that my partner fell in love with, both in terms of shape and stones (which we were able to modify and choose together). When I was handed the price (always discreetly on a small piece of paper) I was so pleased with the ring, and its quality while remaining within my price range, that I decided to pay in one go without hesitation. As we were closing up and being told how long it would take to prepare and create the ring, we let it slip that there was no problem with deadlines, and were about to take a photo of the ring to show the Japanese family, as my partner was returning to Japan very soon. Then, when we told her about this, she insisted that our order would be given priority so that my partner could have the pleasure of showing the engagement ring to her family. If all went well in the preparation of the ring, despite the short lead time, it could be ready before she left. And so we wouldn't have to wait until the next visit for the in-laws to lay eyes on it. Luckily, the ring was ready on time, and delighted both my partner and my entire Japanese family. When I asked the name of the person who had taken such good care of us, she replied with a big smile that it was the one on the store card. Choosing an engagement ring like a wedding band is an important moment for a couple, with emotional and symbolic significance that goes beyond the price of precious stones and materials. I'm extremely grateful for their kindness, professionalism and skill. I know we will return to Le joaillier du Marais with great pleasure.

A jeweller with a wide choice! You can also make your own designs. We're sorry to say that there are virtually no dummy wedding rings in sizes smaller than 53. I've tried dozens of different models. Wearing a size 57, I've only been able to try on models for the little finger... So it's more complicated to plan ahead, especially when you have to match the wedding ring to the engagement ring. What's more, when it came to choosing the engagement ring, the support was great, but when it came to choosing the wedding rings, the support was more timid... We were given less advice and guidance, and that's another reason why the choice took longer. But we'd still recommend them for their excellent value for money and their professionalism!

I'd especially like to thank Manon, the wonderful jewelry store employee who went out of her way to help me, despite the geographical distance. From the moment I contacted her, her warm and welcoming attitude made me feel like I was right there in the store. Not only was she quick to respond, but her in-depth knowledge of the parts I was interested in was truly impressive. It's not every day you find someone who can make a remote interaction so personal and enjoyable. Manon's exceptional customer service skills and genuine passion for her work are truly commendable.
